How to choose

About this collection

From the right design to the editor, step by step.

  1. Paper, silver, golden or diamond

Designs follow the traditional milestones: paper for the first year, silver for 25, golden for 50 and diamond for 60, plus others like crystal and coral. Expect arabesques, florals and metallic tones, and some layouts with room for a couple photo.

  2. Vow renewal or party

Say whether it is a vow renewal, a dinner or a party, and who is hosting: the couple or their children. If gifts are not expected, a short “your presence is our gift” line is enough.

  3. Details to confirm before editing

Name the milestone clearly: “25 years” or “golden anniversary” tells guests what kind of celebration to expect. Check the couple’s names, the number of years and the wedding year if the design mentions it.

Spell out the month in the date — [Month] [day], [year] — and check the time. Include a.m. or p.m., or use a clearly labeled 24-hour time. For guests in another region, add the city and the time zone when needed rather than relying on an ambiguous numeric date.

  4. Example wording to adapt

The following wording is a suggestion: replace the fields in brackets and remove anything that does not apply to your event.
Join us in celebrating [Names]’ [number]th wedding anniversary on [date] at [time], at [venue]. Please RSVP to [contact] by [deadline].
  5. From the selected template to the editor

Open the selected invitation page, inspect its preview and use the personalization button to enter the editor. Replace the sample details with your event information and check which elements that template allows you to change. To include a photo, choose a design with space for one or check the editor options. Review the result on a phone and check the download options and conditions shown for that template before completing it. Sharing an image does not automatically make the text inside it clickable: send necessary maps and links in the accompanying message too.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What to check before opening the editor.

What should an anniversary invitation include?
The couple’s names, the milestone, date, time, place and an RSVP contact. Mention a vow renewal if there is one.
Who usually hosts an anniversary party?
Either the couple or family members. Write the invitation from whoever is hosting.
Can I add a wedding photo?
Yes, in designs with a photo area. An old wedding photo next to a recent one works well when the layout allows it.
Can the couple’s children host the anniversary party?
Yes. Put the hosts’ names at the top, for example "The children of [Names] invite you", and make sure the RSVP contact is one of the hosts.
How do I open a selected template in the editor?
Open the invitation page, inspect the design and use the personalization button. Replace the example event details. Photo, color and design changes depend on the selected template and the options available in the editor.
