We provide digital invitation creation and customization services for all types of events.

Exchange Policy

At Convitede, we work with digital products (digital invitations) that are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Because these are digital items, traditional physical exchange rules do not apply.

If you are not satisfied with your digital invitation, we offer free modifications and adjustments, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Please provide the following information:

  • Full Name

  • Contact Email

  • Reason for Cancellation

  • Payment Method Used

  • Payment Receipt

  • Invoice or Purchase Receipt

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Available refund methods:

  • Credit Card: refund reflected within up to 2 billing cycles

  • PIX: refund within 1 business day

  • Bank Slip: deposit within 5 business days

Refund Denial Cases

Refunds may be denied in the following cases: requests made after 7 days; misuse or unauthorized sharing of the digital product; attempted fraud or false information in the request.
