Invitations with RSVP: share an event confirmation link

An invitation image and an RSVP form are different features. Convitede’s RSVP creates an event page linked to your edited invitation. Guests open its shared link to submit a response.

Prepare the message for your RSVP link

Create a message to send with the image. Paste the link after creating and activating the event in Convitede. This tool does not create or activate an RSVP event.

Copying this message does not create an event. Use RSVP creation/settings in the editor and check the activation conditions.

The details you enter stay on this page. This tool does not send or save them.

From your design to an RSVP form

  1. Choose a design, customize it in the editor and sign in when the workflow requires it.

  2. Open the invitation’s RSVP creation or settings option. Check the price or what your active plan includes before activating the event.

  3. Configure the event, review its public page and copy the published link. Send the link with the invitation image and track responses in event management.

Review settings before sharing

Event management includes settings such as location, reply deadline, messages, capacity, links, QR codes and a gift registry. Enable what you need and check which options are available for your account.

A preview lets you review the page. It does not confirm that the service is activated. Purchase or plan conditions appear in the creation workflow; buying an invitation image does not mean every additional feature is included.

The image, link and QR each have a purpose

The image shows your design and party details. A URL placed inside an image is not clickable. To collect responses, send the event page address as a text link alongside the image.

If a QR code is available and enabled, test it on another phone before printing. It must point to the correct page and remain readable at the chosen size. A preview QR does not confirm activation.

Organize the replies

After sharing the activated page, view replies in event management. Check names and accompanying guests using your form’s options. Viewing an invitation is not the same as submitting an RSVP.

Guest management includes CSV export. Before finalizing your guest list, review duplicates and the limits configured for your event. Sending a message alone does not prove it was received or answered.

Practical questions

Is RSVP free with every invitation?

We do not promise that. Event activation may have a separate charge or be included in an active plan. Check the conditions shown for your account before activating the event.

Can guests RSVP just by receiving the PNG?

No. Send the published event link too. Guests need to open the page and submit their answer; an image does not record confirmations.

Can I send this wording in a messaging app?

Yes. Copy the message, replace the deadline and link with your activated event’s address, and send it with the invitation image. Check the details before sharing.
